Hi why cant I watch a film on USB when plugged into black smart box? Are there special instructions, if so what are they?

Playing media from the USB port and/or SD card slot is not supported on any model of NOW TV box. Hence it's highly 'subsidised' price...

You used to be able to sideload the mediaplayer app but after the latest round of updates this is no longer possible and therefore this facility is now no longer supported
