Upgrade to smart Box

Bought a black tv box with 4 mths kids pass. Activated kids pass but realised ive bought tbe wrong box i need a smart tv box with the freeview. Can i upgrade to the smart box and take my kids pass with me please or do i lose that?

just buy the newer box and use same login details as that so yes you can still use the 4 month pass on new box

Hi and welcome to the forum @Anonymous User,

 

As you may or may not be aware, the NOW TV service permits you to register up-to four playback devices onto one NOW TV account and view their service on up-to two playback devices at the same time.

 

You can find out which playback devices you currently have registered by selecting the: 'My Account' button and accessing 'Manage Devices'.

 

So yes you can buy a 'smart' box and can add it to your existing NOW TV account. And keep your 'kids' pass 😉
