I just received my black box and its all set up. I've got a Now TV account and can log in online, however I cannot find anywhere to activate my entertainment pass online, so I tried to log in via the TV but when I enter my username and password I get a message "sorry your username and or password are incorrect"

I have exactly the same sort of issue. I have a black NOW TV box (delivered this week) and a SKY account. However, I am unable to register my bank details and, therefore, link my payment method with my SKY account. Whenever I try and update my details via my laptop I get caught in an eternal loop that ends in an error message. Similarly, whenever I try and update my account details via my iPhone it won't recognise that I am an existing customer and keeps asking me to set up a new account. Clearly, there is a problem at your end (NOW TV) that I simply can't resolve as a customer as it requires a technical resolution from a member of the NOW TV staff. HELP!
