Unable to log in.

I have a black Now TV box. I used it the other day and tried to log on last night and it needs me to log back in... I have tried every variation of my password... nothing. I have then logged on online (no problems with the password), changed it... tried again and still nothing! The e-mail then arrived saying it had been changed, so I tried again and still nothing. Something is not recognised! No idea what because it works on the computer.

Please help!

@Anonymous User Welcome to the forum. If you've changed your password to one with special characters in, try changing it again to one with just letters and numbers. Also check your My Account > Account details page to see what your username is
