Type the word error

Trying to log back in to now tv and it’s saying I am having to enter a word, but no word for me to enter??

Hi @Anonymous User

If it's a nowtv black or white box, perhaps try factory resetting the box by pushing a pin for about 30 seconds in the small reset hole on the back of the box until you see the " Let's get started" message on your TV screen.

Also, i would double check that your bank card and personal details are up to date by going to My Account > Personal Details on here.
