Some of my channels have recently started to show as no signal? Never had this issue until a month ago. Where do I go to for help on this as when I phoned I was told to go on the website...still none the wiser.

Are you using the NowTV smart box with the inbuilt TV tuner that you connect a TV aerial into the back of the box ?

If so what Freeview channels are missing and if you plug the TV aerial straight into the back of the inbuilt tuner of your television (instead of the nowtv box) do these missing TV channels show ?
