I can see you have posted in the NowTV box section of the Community Forum, so do you have a NowTV streaming box (not Hub Router) connected to your television and the box will not play any of your NowTV Passes ?
If so, are you getting the trying to load screen or something else with any error code or any message describing the fault ?
Or do you own a Smart Television with the native inbuilt NowTV App and none of the passes play and you just get the loading spinning coloured circles when using the App.
if you are using a Smart TV what is the make and model number ?
