Trying to create a new account

I have about to throw the NowTV box away. All I want to is make an account to start using the box, but it keeps saying "You've already created a Sky iD with this email address" and I dont. Its a live.co.uk email address that is nothing to do with my sky broadband account. I dont want to link my sky account with NowTV and I fast loosing patience! 

Can someone pelase help thanks

Click on Complete account setup and try to finish up your account registration from there.

 

Are you using laptop/PC to set it all up? If yes, please also clear your browser history and cookies, then try again.

Hi there,

 

I m trying to set up a new account with Now broadband.

I put my card details and it deducted £0.10 instead of the £5 for the set up fee.

 

Can I please get some help to do set up a new account? The chat is a USELESS robot and the phone number is expensive to call.

I m one step away to give up and go to another provider.
