Did you apply your voucher to your account, if you don't then any passes already on your account will automatically renew unless you cancel them.
If you have a voucher code you don't need to wait until a pass expires before you apply it, you can apply it anytime when you have less than a month left, and the voucher will then kick in automatically when the current pass expires.
I would also check on your payment history page http://watch.nowtv.com/account/orderHistory to make sure the money has been taken out of your current account, as sometimes people have old accounts they've forgotten about and not cancelled.
