TV guide freezing
Hello, every time i go to the TV guide to choose a channel, it freezes and restarts. Iv tried unplugging it, resetting it and updating all apps. It’s been doing it since Friday

Manually set the time to Portugal so 1 hour ahead and it worked. The server for Now TV where it gets the time has the wrong time set.

Just call them and they will sort it from their end. That is what I did and they knew there was an ongoing issue and they fixed it from their end.

Mine too. Been in touch with them. Bloody useless. Told me it was a router problem and I needed to reset the IP address. Done this and it’s solved nothing. Getting really annoyed now
