TV Guide empty

I use the Now TV box to watch tv through but now my TV Guide is empty as is my Best of Catch sup. Can get into Now TV app fine so issue shouldn’t be internet.
Any ideas?

Try a forced software update on your nowtv box by following step 6 of this trouble shooting help guide linked below.

Even if it shows that the box is on the same software version, still update it.
