Sunday 23rd Feb 2020 NowTv loses wired Connection

System Version 9.0.3 build 4116

Broadband provider VirginMedia

Connection Wired

 

Sunday 23rd February Wired connection dropped out . Had to restart box after a while trying to connect again to Network finally established .  WiFi Router was fine other things connected were fine .

 

I hope this is not due to a new update being pushed through for a bt sport app. I rely on this media to keep the 5 kids entertained when it's a stormy weekend 

 

Anyone else had issues today with connection on there NowTv devices .

We are having a nightmare trying to exit live tv...started watching a movie on Sky Cinema and can't exit this now to get back to the main menu!! 

Been fun and games all weekend to be honest 😞
