Stuck on Let's Get Started screen

Hi, I am trying to set up NowTV box but it is not moving from the welcome "Let's get started" page. Remote buttons don't work, resetting the box doesn't work. Help!

Hi @Anonymous User

 

 

If you have tried doing the Reset using the button on the box and the remote control does not work we would recommend returning the box for a new one to where you have purchased the box from.
