Stopping card payments when I can't sign in or watch now tv

The sign in part of the now box does not recognise my correct user name and password.

On going to the help page I am asked to enter my credit card details which you already

hold. my bank staement shows a debit of £9.99. I am paying for a service which I cannot

use. Please help.

I've been paying this for over 6months and unable to talk to som1 on this cuz the live chat has been not on due to covid 19 I would like all my money back that use Ave taking from me for 2 account its coming out for and I've not got the account on my tv
