I keep getting this as well, I am now so frustrated with it, I'm planning on doing away will all Nowtv including broadband and calls.

 

Hsve tried so many different things to sort it but keep getting the same bloody message in big red writing!!

Yes I have managed to factory reset, but still I get: whoops sorry there’s been a problem, please try again

I have tried so many times now, my stick works fine, but doesn’t have all the usual channels (bbc1,2 ITV etc) but since changing my internet to NOWTV my box doesn’t want to work....

Have you tried unplugging your router for a few minutes?

I've been getting "Sorry, Now TV is currently unavailable" or some such error message on my smart TV, about 3 or 4 times, over the past two weeks.  But when this happens I revert to my Roku 3 and watch Now TV that way, pictures not as great but I still get to watch my programs.

 

Saying all that, I'm having trouble logging onto and getting this forum to work properly, I wonder if they've updated it again without doing a proper pre-roll out test.

Go into Sky Store then My TV ... problem solved (I hope)
