Hi ,it seems a lot of people are having the same issues , tv saying sorry now tv is currently unavailable , why that’s what I would like to know and has anyone managed to fix it !!!

yeh, once again now tv letting itself down VERY BADLY. unacceptable viewing, & unacceptable customer help. THE WORST COMPANY IN ENGLAND BY FAR

Same error for me. Using a nowtv roku box wired network.
Tried the reset network first same result
Factory reset and same result.
Passes are still valid until December yet I can't even use them.

i have the same issue this morning ...
i have turned the power on and off from the mains .. but error is still there
it also looks like the box will not go into sleep mode , power light will not go off
??

im still having problems from friday 14th aug. everytime i turn on tv i have to do a full factory re boot and set up again and then go thru the whole process from start again. i have to activate bbc iplayer, 4 on demand etc etc and if i go back to normal tv i have to go thru the whole process everytime i go back to now tv

I've just found this info. I'm about to try it. So I'm posting it for everyone else. I must say though, I'm new to this TV Stick thing & the lack of customer service is not impressive. https://help.nowtv.com/article/troubleshooting-now-tv-box-stick

I think its to do with activation
did you change your username or password?
I used an old stick that was not activated to use for iplayer
I updated the software to the new style
I then turned if off and had to update the apps
then rebooted it and I got Now TV is currently unavailable
it seems to get it in a state and the default mode seems to be
Now TV is currently unavailable
perhaps they dont want you using the stick if you havent got alive account
then what happens if you terminate and renew?
