Also does the NowTV Stick respond when using the Roku Remote App on your smartphone ?

I can't get any response. It had been buffering so much this morning through GP F2 & F! P3. Hope it's back to watch F1 qualifiers!

Is anyone still having problems?
I've un-installed the app on my laptop with a view to re-installing, in an effort to see if that makes a difference However, I am now unable to re-install - getting error messages re updating Setup, so have to abort install.

Yes I've just started getting it. Before this the App used to just go off saying an error had occured but if I pressed OK, it would come back on.

This has happened to me. I had a live chat with someone who told me they are aware of the problem. That was weeks ago.
It has just happened again today.

@Anonymous User , if you are using the Nowtv stick it may respond to a complete 'Reset'. If all else fails qhat is there to lose?
