Is anyone still having problems?
I've un-installed the app on my laptop with a view to re-installing, in an effort to see if that makes a difference However, I am now unable to re-install - getting error messages re updating Setup, so have to abort install.
ZERO INFORMATION OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO WAY OF FINDING OUT WHATS HAPPENING AND WHY. IF THERE IS SOME TECHNICAL ISSUE AFFECTING LOTS OF PEOPLE THEY COULD AT LEAST POST SOMETHING ON THEIR WEBSITE SO WE KNOW WHATS GOING ON. VERY ANNOYED.
