Sky Cinema pass on wrong now tv account

Hi, I have just brought a now tv sky cinema pass, I thought I got it on my account thats linked to my now tv box but it was the wrong account. so now I can't watch it. Can you log onto a different account on now tv box cause I can't seem to find it or would I be best trying to get a refund and buying it on the right account.

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

To switch accounts on a nowtv box or stick can be done by opening the NowTV App (easiest way is to open the NowTV App by going to My Apps) then navigate to the My Account section towards the bottom left of your television screen, then you can log out and sign back in using the account email address / user name and password used on the account your bought the pass on.

 

If you have two or more nowtv accounts just make sure you manage them properly in terms of running passes and cancelling them to avoid duplication etc.
