Hello I'm trying to set my black now tv box but the language is in german I think, what does Verbinden / Kennwort verbergen & Hilfe mean please help

When I did German at school 65 years ago Hilfe meant Help
If you go into Settings/System you'll find Language with options English being one of them. I also have German Spanish and French
Try Einstellungen, System, Sprache and you'll find English
