Just trying to set up our new box, got so far then black screen and a sign in bottom right hand corner says 'no signal check the external input or select another input using the INPUT button'. Please can anyone help. Thank you

Welcome to the community.
That message sounds like your TV reporting it is not receiving a signal from the box. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the HDMI cable between the NOW TV box and TV to see if that helps. Check also the white light is on the front of the NOW TV box (press a button on the remote if it needs waking up) and check the power supply if it doesn't.
