Router issue

I got issue with router have bad behaviour sometheims. And I can't login on router change  password and name and I can change this look like somebody hack my router.and I have logged on different town most like London Birmigham  and other after take ip to tracing when I'm.in my town and check again ip and this same ip have.

Have you tried doing a factory reset to the router?

Yes I try 3 time and this same issue I call to help line but doesn't work
