Replacement box locked out

I have had to purchase a new box because my old one diddnt work after being in storage for 4 months after a move. I have hooked up the new one but because the new box is a "5th" device it won't do anything is there any way I can get this changed as i have loaded the pass vouchers that came with it but can't watch anything until 1st April so I am losing out on almost half of the vouchers.
