Replacement Box

I started having problems with my Black Box 3 weeks ago and 2 weeks later I’m still waiting to receive my replacement which I’ve been promised has been sent out. Pretty fed up with waiting and pretty fed up with the service I’ve received. I’ve also been told there has been a problem on the delivery side but surely 2 weeks is taking the mick? No one seems to be taking my complaint seriously and I keep getting passed from pillar to post with the promise someone will be in touch and no one has. Please sort it out Now TV, you’re making a loyal customer very unhappy.

I have tried all methods of contacting - phoning, live chat, emailing and now the forum, I just keep getting told there’s a delay with the delivery and someone will be in touch but no one has and it’s been going on for a few weeks now. Last Wednesday I was told it would be another 5 working days, this is the second time it’s been pushed back, and still no sign of it yet!
