I am trying to set up a NOW TV box and it keeps on saying Sorry something went wrong... is there a general problem? When will it be fixed? Many thanks

@Anonymous User Welcome to the forum. No general problem I'm aware of. That message pops up for a number of reasons. What stage of setting up do you get when that message appears, and is there a little number error code with it? Might help someone to offer a suggestion.
