ive been having the same problem a lot recently
have a Samsung 48inch smart TV and a now TV box connected through hdmi and everything I try and watch goes blurry and pixelated it gets to the point where it ruins the film because the picture quality is so bad. I've checked for updates on my not to box and my TV and reset my wireless router

Given that your post is nothing to do with running the NOW TV app on a LG playback device, I have asked for it to be moved into the forums dedicated NOW TV Box (black) section.
The problems you describe seem related to low bitrate. What bitrate values/speeds is your NOW TV box displaying?

I have to agree with @SeeMoreDigital, the poor quality would lead me to believe that the bitrate of your Internet service has dipped.
Who is your Internet provider ?
What speeds do you get from this website
What type of NOW TV Box do you have ?
Is it on WI-FI or Ethernet ?
