I am new to Now TV. I have connected my new black Now TV box correctly, via ethernet cable and it all seems to work ok to start with. However, I keep getting issues where the remote control fails to operate the unit after a period of time. Sometimes I start watching a programme but am then unable to pause it or stop it. On other occasions the remote fails to have any effect when trying to switch between menus. I have changed the batteries but this isn't the problem. I have tried turning the box off, then on and also factory resetting it. If anyone has experienced this issue then any advice would be appreciated. Many thanks.
