Power Cut means box no longer working need replacement box ASAP

Please can I know the quickest way to get a replacement box after a power cut in my area (Croydon) has left this not working. The customer support here seems terrible as the number I was given on an email does not work and there is no live chat or easy way to be seen on the website of sorting this replacement.

What are you referring to?

As you tagged this thread in the NOW black box which is nothing to do with the broadband router from NOW. The NOW black box is a streaming device powered by Roku.

Are you talking about the broadband router with NOW as a broadband customer?

Am taking about black Wi-Fi router for Now Broadband.
Customer number for replacement box is not working.

To follow-up from my post, NOW no longer make or supply any of their streaming devices. So if the device is indeed referring to the NOW black box. Have you tried doing a factory reset?
