Picture keeps freezing when watching live

Hi there,

I've been buying daily passes to watch the lions tour of New Zealand.

Every game the picture freezes at least 5 times. It's very frustrating considering I'm only buying the passes to watch the single game.

I am watching via the app on my smart tv. Can anyone recommend anything? I've factory reset my tv but hasn't seemed to help.

There is nothing you can do about it, apart from vent your anger on here, nowtv are having technical difficulties their end with the sports broadcasts, it's been happening for months.

Have a read of this long on going thread linked below.

Like you, every single Lions game including todays match against the Hurricanes has been a picture freeze fest.

The sports passes are a waste of money.
