Phone not working

Our house phone isn’t working no dialing  Tone carnt ring anybody and no incoming calls we’ve had a new phone incase it was the phone and still the same and carnt seem to contact anybody to talk to it’s all robots that don’t help me please someone help

You need to call the broadband team to get anything phone line issue resolved. See link for number. However lines are closed 8pm and open at 8am.

Carnt get through mate when I press a number either 1 or 4 or 2/3 they say a little somethink and cut you off getting peed off with it now they no I have a poorly child and always need a phone along with mobile
