I have the black box and everything is fine regarding it. However I am very angry at an email received from Now TV today promoting their broadband service.
In the content of the email they were able to quote my current internet provider (not Sky) , even though I have NEVER knowingly given it to them . If this was not bad enough they even knew and stated what broadband package I was on !! . How could they obtain this information ? IT IS AN INVASION OF PRIVACY.
If they know a customers internet provider and the package they are on , what else are they snooping at ?
