Payment

I received an email today about a credit card chargeback. The email said my transaction has been disputed. It also says I am paying 9.99 a month for a sky movies pack when I bought the now TV box for the free 3 month entertainment pack and I have been getting charged. I have not cancelled any transaction and would like to know what this email is about?
