Parental code

HelloI have now tv on my smart tv and I just signed up to have sky movies and it keeps asking me for a pin which I chose and it refuses it so I reset it and it still refuses it. I signed out and back in and it still doesn’t accept the pin how am I suppose to use now tv if it doesn’t work.

i am also assuming you haven't created two accounts and setup the Parental Pin on the other account ?
