If you look through the forum you will see countless threads with the same issue across other content. No need to create new threads for it. You should report directly with staff as it will go unnoticed by staff on here.
It would be helpful if it was actually possible to speak to a bloody human rather than have to wait for it to be fixed. Is it too much to ask to have a telephone number for technical issues
