Yes I've resetted my router disconnected it for 30 mins
Yes I've check that my broadband provider hasn't located me as anywhere else but the UK
Yes I've hard reset my now tv black box
Yes I've changed billing card
Yes I've checked latest updates etc...
Yes it works on my android phone on the NOW TV app (connected to my router)
The chat feed guys were no bloody good. They are saying my location is Mandeville USA.
But I've checked with my broadband provider and checked to see where my physical ip is and it is 100% in the UK
I'm assuming this is a wide spread problem in the UK right now. AND THE PROBLEM IS WITH NOW TV!
THEY NEED TO FIX IT. NOT US

The person I chatted to this morning on the chat box didn't mention this.... qhat a frustrating morning.
They should be compensating all customers with this one month free at the very least but I doubt we will get anything except 'we're sorry'
