Over charge

My account has been charged for films twice . When it was never put on . And charged 3 times in the day and can’t even get them channels

I would also recommend enabling your Payment PIN on any accounts you have, this will prevent accidental or unauthorised payments in the future. To turn your Payment PIN on, go to your My Account > Payment PIN page
