Opps something went wrong

I have just brought a box gone through the set up and i am unable to log in to my account is there something i need to do first??
All the details are correct but still unable to get into the account...

Welcome to the forum. Did you properly set up your account with payment details etc when you created it? Try going to your My Account > Payment Details on the website and check they are entered and valid.

If they does your password contain any special characters as this used to cause an issue? If it does try changing it to one with just letters and numbers from your My Account > Account details page

I had same problem .try using your phones 4g rather than your broadband.
