Hi
Tried to watch Now TV last night and couldn't hear any of the speech, I could hear background noises, music but the main speech only very faintly, tried a few other programmes some I could hear others not! I have reset the box, tried unplugging nothing makes any difference, any help gratefully received. The live chat doesn't work, there is no phone number! this is apparently the only place I can contact anyone!
