I haven’t made any changes to my devices yet a few have disappeared - I now only have two devices set up. According to the error, I’ve apparently ‘reached my device limit and used my 3 device swap’....but I haven’t made any changes at all to my devices. Can someone please reinstate my 4 devices that mysteriously disappeared? Devices included a Now TV black box (thus the topic I chose) plus other handheld devices.

You will need to contact live chat with regards to resetting your device's on your account.
Sounds to me some of your registered devices have received a software update and has confused the NowTV system.
