The NOW streaming box and NOW Stick have been discontinued for a year or two and no longer available.
Look at something like a Roku or Amazon Fire Stick has an alternative replacement.
Out of curiosity what is exactly wrong with the old NOW Box (assuming it's not the NOW white box which is no longer supported).
