Do we get to know what the maintenance entails beforehand or do we have to wait until we switch back on and look for the changes ?

@4268, @Anonymous User I've just had an email from Roku saying exactly the same thing. Same time period as well. So my guess is that it's Roku doing the maintenance and not strictly speaking NowTV.

If my memory serves me right both Roku and NowTV had a similar planned maintenance schedule of their hardware about 12 to 18 months ago.
