Now tv goes back to homepage all the time

When ever we watch anything on now tv after five to ten minutes the program goes off and returns to homepage. It has being doing this for months now. Why ??

Could be a bug or corrupted software on the NowTV box with the latest software version, which needs fixing by NowTV.

 

Does the same problem happen if you use your NowTV box on a different television in the home ?

 

I have noticed a couple of people have reported this on the forum in the last couple of months.

 

I own a NowTV 4K Smart box and don't have this problem.

 

Maybe try steps 6 or 2 in this link troubleshooting guide below.

This happens constantly. Resetting doesn’t work and my internet is fine. I have looked for software update which doesn’t work. I tried going into my app then switching back to the device, nothing works. To make it worse Now TV doesn’t give any technical help what so ever to fix this issue. Awful non existent customer service.

You mentioned resetting it. Has this included putting the box back to factory settings?
