Now tv box

My TV box isn't working I can hear it but everything has a punpleasant screen saying unauthorised content disabled. I've checked my account details says it's been paid and when look at possess says it's active???????

Have a look at the following help page which explains what is happening

It's a case of messing around with the HDMI cable and TV until it works .... I find just changing the input on the TV to freeview and back again sorts it, but you might need to take the HDMI cable out of the box and TV then plug it back again, turn TV off and on again, power down the box and back up again etc. until you find the 'magic cure'!

Thank you very much just woke from my night shift and panicked. I have two boxes and have done since March never had a problem with them until now. Took all leads out and unplugged ano seems to be working

Great stuff, it only happens for me on very rare occasions so hopefully shouldn't be a problem for you!
