Do you have any VPN configured on your router or some other service that suggests to the NowTV box that you are not in the UK
I find if I my box gets a non UK IP it will not let me log in

Thanks for posting.
Although you can login on other devices can I ask you to try changing the password you can do this by going to "forgotten password" from the log in page of the website.
Also it's worth ensure the username matches on any devices your logged in on.
