Now tv box won't login

2days my now tv box won't recognise my username and password but it works on every other device.
Tried rebooting and nothings working

I'd recommend performing a hard reset on the NOW TV Box to factory settings. This can help resolve various issue with the device. You can perform the hard reset with the following steps:

1. Press a pin in the RESET hole (shown below) and hold down for 30 seconds.

2. Set-up the box again

This should resolve the issue. If you continue to experience difficulties with logging into NOW TV, I would recommend performing a password reset (its worth a shot!) or contact the NOW TV support team for further assistance. If there is a fault with the device, not to worry, because a replacement can be issued when necessary.

Yeah hasn't worked tried a few times so think il have to contact the support team.

Do you have any VPN configured on your router or some other service that suggests to the NowTV box that you are not in the UK

I find if I my box gets a non UK IP it will not let me log in

Thanks for posting.

Although you can login on other devices can I ask you to try changing the password you can do this by going to "forgotten password" from the log in page of the website. 

Also it's worth ensure the username matches on any devices your logged in on.
