Welcome to the forum. The blue screen sounds like an intermittent HDMI issue. Try powering down box and TV and removing the HDMI cable at both ends then reconnecting (or if you have another HDMI cable try that instead). You could also try connecting to a different HDMI port on your TV. If you still have issues try a factory reset of your box, however you'll need to enter your wifi and NOW TV account details again so have these to hand.
