Now tv app won't open

All other apps work. But home is constant loading with the 4 coloured dots. When I click on the now tv app it loads for a few seconds then goes back to my apps without opening. I've forced a reset, cleared cashe an forced an update

I am having the same problem.

I have a Now TV box and a Roku express.

It seems the now TV app in both these boxes has stopped working.

Have tried all the usual restarts and resets to no avail.

For now try this

Do not open the now app or my TV

 

Instead use the search tab for the program you want and watch from there.

 

Seems to be the only workaround at the moment.

 

One day someone at now will read one of the many threads on this and actually fix the issue for us all
