Now tV box

I signed up to now TV broadband, phone and TV. The engineer installed the hub two and connected the phone line but I haven't received a TV box. Has this been sent?

Normally under the NowTV Broadband package the only hardware that is sent out is the NowTV Hub Router where the NowTV TV streaming box or Stick is supplied has an extra item if paid for under a separate order on the NowTV website.

 

Did you order their TV streaming stick or box separately from your NowTV Broadband package ?

 

Also you may even own a supported NowTV streaming device already to watch on your television.
