Now TV freezing

After reseting and reconnecting to Internet my now TV box prompts a software update. Which it does successfully 100%. Then the screen freezes and can not do anything at all except reset. . Ggrrrrr helpppp

Yes while loading kept pressing nowtv button and its worked. But this doesn't fix the issue, so if I restart it still freezes, therefore there is still an issue to be resolved.

Thanks for the info though, at least my son can now watch the film he wants to see. 👍

Turn turn box off at the wall , count to 20 and turn it back on again....

Fixed now TV box.

i just removed power lead plugged it straight back in and now it works ok

unplug the box leave it for about 2 minutes then plug it back in..

just done my second box and scanned for freeview channels and its working ok now 🙂
