Now TV freezing

After reseting and reconnecting to Internet my now TV box prompts a software update. Which it does successfully 100%. Then the screen freezes and can not do anything at all except reset. . Ggrrrrr helpppp

We're aware of an issue that may be affecting customers logging into NOW TV Boxes. Our technical teams are looking into this issue right now and will work to get things back up and running as soon as possible. We'll post more information here when we have an update. Only been informed that technical teams are looking in to the issue. Let's hope it gets fixed soon with a months free pass thrown in for subscribed services

Customer satisfaction should be top priority when providing any service. We have all paid good money to Now TV but aren't getting what we paid for, it would be a small gesture of goodwill to receive a months free subscription to services

All seems to be fixed now! Thanks to the technical teams who sorted it all out.

Same as many in here. Got up this morning and box frozen. Did all the usual stuff then logged into community to see many of us in same boat. Now tv have posted that they are looking into the problem so fingers crossed it's back up soon

Yes same thing here. Thought it was my wifi and reset and still a frozen screen. Very frustrating hope now tv can sort this soon

Again same issue here this morning it`s  been freezing  occasionlly for the past week so just swaped the box as had a spare, new one appears to be working ok.
