Now TV freezing

After reseting and reconnecting to Internet my now TV box prompts a software update. Which it does successfully 100%. Then the screen freezes and can not do anything at all except reset. . Ggrrrrr helpppp

My black (less than two month old) box has also locked up. I only use it twice a week and have gone on today to find it frozen on the home page. Looks like they are aware of the issue so will have to wait, sadly Sky have never been quick to a. keep customers informed and b. fix issues quickly.

I'm in the same boat, got the so called smart box. It best be back up working before the game at lunch time

@Anonymous User  unplug,  make cup of tea, plug back in.  See if that works (cup of tea optional but should take a minute rathering that standing waiting)

Mine are back up and running . Just unplug and turn it back on . 👍
